A small beef herd raised alongside the excavation business. Each year, a limited number of half and whole cow packages go to local families.

Half Cow
Roughly 200-220 lbs of finished cuts. Fills a standard chest freezer and covers a family for the year, roasts, ground, steaks, and more.
Option B
Whole Cow
Roughly 400-450 lbs of finished cuts. Best for larger families or splitting between two households.
